Spliffin products do not contain preservatives. The taste, composition, and effectiveness of Spliffin products may diminish if not not consumed with 90 days from date purchased.

Avoid subjecting concentrates to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.

Concentrate hues will naturally change over time. Changes in color/appearance are strictly cosmetic and do not affect the purity, potency or effectiveness. Our concentrates are comprised of organic compounds that don’t naturally bind together for lengthy periods. To preserve the product’s natural essence, Spliffin refrains from adding synthetic emulsifiers to keep the THC molecules suspended, so the different elements may gradually separate over time.

If a cartridge has been left idle for an extended period, users can expect concentrates to separate. To adjust for this, simply connect the cartridge to a Spliffin battery, place a finger over the open end of the mouthpiece, press and hold the power button for a few moments, and gently shake the cartridges while the contents warm and reconstitute.

Press and hold battery button while gently inhaling for 2 to 3 seconds through the mouthpiece. Release the button and exhale. Allow unit to rest for a moment between inhalations. Resting prevents overheating of the concentrate and also prolongs the working life of the atomizer (heating element).

If the vapor from your cartridge begins to taste burnt or smokey, it is best to replace your cartridge. Abnormal taste and/or aroma indicate that the contents of the cartridge have been fully depleted, or the atomizer (heating element) has burnt out. Taste may also be affected when a cartridge has been left idle, allowing the liquid within to solidify.

Spliffin hardware can be shipped throughout the United States and internationally. Spliffin products containing THC cannot be shipped, and must be obtained from a licensed California dispensary.

Solvent-free concentrates are far cleaner and safer than the overwhelming majority of cannabis oils crudely extracted with volatile, and potentially dangerous solvents. Aside from unpleasant taste and odor, these chemicals can remain present and may pose serious health risks.

The product may last varying amounts of time due to usage or length of draw per usage. On average, a full 1 ML cartridge should allow for 350-400 inhalations.

Your Spliffin Pen is working properly if concentrate is present in the cartridge, the L.E.D. light illuminates on the battery device during your draw of the pen, and vapor is produced.

You will generate significantly less vapor than you would if you were smoking traditionally. To test, draw slowly and firmly for two to three seconds, rest a moment and repeat.

NOTE: Spliffin PURE cartridges do not contain vegetable glycerin, polyethylene, or propylene glycol – additives commonly added to vape products intended to produce copious vapor clouds.

Spliffin is not meant to give you an instantaneous ‘overpowering’ effect. It is meant to give you a consistent experience. Repeat drawing with sufficient breaks until your desired effect is achieved.

If the product is not drawing, please inspect the cartridge to ensure that no air bubbles are obstructing the intake ports. If an air bubble settles near or over an intake port, rotate the cartridge cylinder to unblock the port. To rotate, carefully twist the textured ring and transparent cylinder in opposite directions.

Do not pull while twisting, as this could separate the two components and cause contents to spill. Gently tighten connection before using.

It is recommended that Spliffin cartridges only be used with Spliffin battery devices. We cannot guarantee the functionality or effectiveness of Spliffin products when used with third-party products.
IMPORTANT – Please do not use automatic pull batteries with Spliffin PURE cartridges. As of Summer 2016, all PURE cartridges feature a dual coil atomizer that is not compatible with third-party auto-pull batteries.

Continuous blinking indicates that the battery is depleted and needs to be recharged.

When attached to the USB charger, a fully charged battery will be indicated by an illuminated green light on the charging cable. After disconnecting, the power button may also blink briefly.

A red light on the USB charger will illuminate when plugged into a computer port or outlet. While charging, the Spliffin battery L.E.D. light will illuminate and the charging cable will illuminate red. When the battery is fully charged the charging cable light will turn green.

To properly charge your Spliffin vape pen it is recommended that you turn off your battery before connecting it the charger/charging cable. If possible , charge your battery from a surge-protected power source.

DO NOT charge overnight. DO NOT charge directly from a wall outlet, or other non-regulated power source.

While the battery is charging the L.E.D. light will illuminate.
